Why this one
The Florida Creatives Market is a weekend of local makers, artists and small businesses, and it is our first market of the season — the first time anyone gets to taste the lineup before buying instead of reading about it. Hot sauce is the one thing at a market you really should try first: the difference between our mild garlic bottle and the ghost jolokia is not a matter of degree, they are different peppers with different jobs.
Where to start at the table
Mild end first. First Mistake is garlic and cayenne and it converts people who swear they do not like hot sauce. Then Took The Bet, the jalapeño, which is the middle of the scale and the easiest place to judge from. No Turning Back and Crossed The Line are the two hot bottles, one fruity and one smoky. The ghost is last, in drops, and only if you ask.
If you already know what you want, the sets save a few dollars over the singles, and the pick-any-three lets you build your own.
Getting there
Clover Park is off St Lucie West Boulevard, just west of I-95 at exit 121, with parking at the ballpark. From Palm Beach County it is a straight run up I-95 — roughly an hour from Royal Palm Beach, less from Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter.
