Five. First Mistake, Took The Bet, No Turning Back, Crossed The Line and Ignored The Warning, ordered mildest to hottest.

Every bottle is 5 FL OZ (148 ML), about 30 servings at 1 teaspoon each.

The five sauces are ranked Mild, Medium, Hot, Very Hot and Extreme. That ranking is our own ordering of the range, meant as a flavor guide rather than a measurement.

The Scoville figures on the product pages are approximate. We have not paid for laboratory testing of the finished sauces, and we are not going to present an estimate as if we had.

First Mistake. It is the mildest bottle in the lineup and the easiest place to begin.

Each bottle's full ingredient list is printed on its label and shown on its product page under Ingredients. Short lists, no long chemistry — peppers, vinegar, garlic, salt and spices do most of the work across the range.

Royal Palm Beach, Florida. The recipes were developed here, and the brand and business are run from here. A co-packer in Jacksonville bottles the sauce to our recipes, and every online order is packed and shipped from Royal Palm Beach.

All five sauces are gluten free.

Ignored The Warning (Ghost Jolokia) contains mustard, which is listed in its ingredients. The other four do not. None of the five declare milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy or sesame.

We ship to all 50 US states and to US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time and transit time are separate. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on destination. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order goes out.

Processing and delivery can take longer during holidays, promotions or periods of high order volume.

Contiguous United States (lower 48): Standard Delivery is a flat $7.99 on orders up to $39.99, and free on orders of $40.00 and up. Free shipping is based on your subtotal after any discount code is applied.

Alaska, Hawaii and US territories: Standard Delivery is a flat $24.99. Free shipping is not available to these destinations.

Standard Delivery is currently the only shipping method we offer. Bundles ship as a single box, so three, four or five bottles cost far less to ship together than separately.

Because these are food items, we can't accept returns of opened bottles.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you receive an unopened item in error, get in touch before sending anything back so we can give you the right instructions.

Keep unopened bottles somewhere cool and dark. A cupboard is fine — no refrigeration needed until you open it. Once opened, refrigerate. These are vinegar-based sauces and they keep well, but the fridge protects the flavor and the color. Give the bottle a shake before each use. Some separation is normal, and the color may deepen a little over time. Neither affects the sauce. Check the label for the best-by date.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, so if you reach us before yours has shipped we can usually change or cancel it. Once it is on its way we can't recall it.

Two places this fall. First, a weekend at the Florida Creatives Market, Clover Park (Mets Stadium) in Port St. Lucie, on Saturday and Sunday, October 3 and 4, 10 AM to 4 PM, free entry.

Then every Saturday at the Royal Palm Beach Green Market & Bazaar, 9 AM to 1 PM, lakeside at Village Hall (1050 Royal Palm Beach Blvd). The 2026–27 season runs October 17 through April 24, and we are there from opening day with all five sauces, the sets, and tastings.
