Peach Hot Sauce

Peach hot sauce is sweet heat done right: real fruit up front and real peppers behind it, so it works as a glaze as well as a hot sauce.

Sweet Regret is built on real peaches and cane sugar, with red chili, green jalapeño, cayenne and a touch of capsicum oil for a gentle kick, and Vidalia onions and a little tomato to keep it from tasting like jam. We rate it Mild. It opens sweet enough that people go back for a second pour, and that is where the regret starts.

Brush it on pork chops or chicken thighs in the last few minutes on the grill, spoon it over cream cheese, or use it anywhere you would reach for barbecue sauce and want more bite. 5 FL OZ (148 ML).
